suokunlong: did you uninstall/upgrade Java recently?
On Windows, only Java 32 bits can be used even if you're on Win7 because LO for Windows is only built in 32 bits.
Could you check you've got a 32 bits Java?

I am sure it is 32 bit Java. Libreoffice 4.2.5.1 base works with this version of Java, but 4.3beta2 does not work, they are installed in the same system by pararrel.

For the test, could you rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile) to force again Java detection?

Hi Julien Nabet,
I deleted my LibreOfficeDev profile directory and then started LibreOfficeDev again, now it works.

So I set this as WORKSFORME.

Thanks a lot!
