Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select some text
2. Menu Format - Character - Font Effects - Font Color

Current behavior:
See just predefined set of colors 

Expected behavior:
An option must be for setting a custom color
              
Editing color set in Options - Colors each time is really tiresome.
