Test data, is a table with some fields with autofilter applied

Problem description:
In Calc, the filter applied is lost when changin the sorting, due to change in the number on rows or columns

Steps to reproduce:
Set Autofilter with Data / Filter / Autofilter
Sort by field Folio with Data / Sort
Go to the end of the list and copy last 4 rows and paste it at the end
Also happens when deleting rows, changing the range

Select all table with Shift + ctrl + right arrow then shift + ctrl down arrow
Go back to the top with the scroll ball of the mouse or scroll bar
Select Data / Sort
Observe when the dialog box appears, the filter disappear

Only happens when selecting this way
If the sorting begins with the auto range of Data / Sort
there's no problem

I have tested it in Win XP with LO 4.2.5.2 and with LO 4.2.5.2 and LO 4.3.0.1 in Win 8, reproducing the same behaviour.
I added two screenshots for better understanding

Current behavior:
The filter is gone after the re-sorting of data

Expected behavior:
The filter should stay in place and adapt to the new range of data, wheter there are more o less rows in the sorting range, as the filter adapts in the same way when adding or deleting rows.

I found a related bug https://www.libreoffice.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=45125, with the problem since LO 3.5 and another https://www.libreoffice.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=77479 or LO 3.6.7
