But, the Help assignments and tooltips for StartCenter are not correct. This can be seen with Tools -> General -> Help : Tips & Extended Tips checked, the extended tips show only with an incorrect text "click an icon to open a new document or file dialog". Or activate a screen reader AT (NVDA or JAWS).
