Open a PDF file with the image. It is displayed normally. But when Save as command issued, the order of scanlines in the resulted file is wrong, and image is top-down. Document demonstrating this behavior is copyrighted and cannot be disclosed.
does this mean that you see that issue just on a specific PDF? without a test file it will probably very hard to debug.
