LibreOffice error message

I've installed After the Deadline (AtD Grammar check extension) and it will not work. I keep getting the following error message every time I open LibreOffice.

I have been in e-mail contact with Word Press (the originator of After the Deadline) and they advised me, and I quote Velda from WP support:

"I checked with the AtD developers and they mentioned this error shows up if the program is trying to connect to the server too frequently, so it's hitting a limit. Thus the service is just temporarily unavailable. The key would be to have it check the services less frequently. The developers creating these extensions would need to correct that.”

Can you contact the developer and see if this problem can be remedied. LibreOffice really does need a good grammar checker, and After the Deadline is one of the best I have found.

I would also like to receive some feedback on this.

AtD and its extensions aren't maintained anymore (see http://blog.afterthedeadline.com/2012/12/04/ending-extension-support/). You might want to try LanguageTool (www.languagetool.org).

As comment 1 gave a good alternative, I think we can close this.
