Degradation in 4.3.0 release.
OS X considers LibreOffice as not Retina display compatible.
Text is rendered scaled in low resolution.

Well, it isn't hiDPI compatible AFAIK. Some work has gone in, but it is far from complete. That would require a rewrite of large parts of the code and there's nobody around to do it. However, if you are worse off now than you were with, then that's a regression.

I don't see any major problems on my 27" screen with my master 4.4 build on OSX, but I haven't tested 4.3 release.
