Word 2013 VS LibO 4.3.1

Steps:
1) Open https://www.libreoffice.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=103815
2) scroll down until you see microsoft dynamics logo on page 2
3) it should be on page 1, as in attached screenshot from Word 2013

Tested on 3.6.7, 4.2.5, and 4.3.1 on Linux Mint.

Confirm with 4.3.0.4, ubuntu 14.04 x64.
Set to NEW.
