Hi, If I select the whole worksheet by clicking the top-left of the 'Column & Row Headers' and change the font (to get a uniform look for the worksheet), then Calc becomes slow to display when scrolling. This happens with an empty sheet or with a sheet that has data? Marking as NEEDINFO - if it's with a worksheet with data - please attach a worksheet that we can see the issue and then mark as UNCONFIRMED. Also - do you know if this is new to 4.3? Version is the oldest version that you see the problem, not the latest version. Thanks for your help.
I am experiencing the error with Calc 4.3.1.2 too. It happens both with an empty sheet and one that has some content, the more the content the worse it gets. Saving and reopening the file fixes the problem, so I feel that it is better if I write down what to do the get what I was writting about: 1. New worksheet 2. Select a range of a bit bigger size: e.g. A1:N33 3. Write 'apple' in the Input line 4. Alt+Enter 5. Click to unselect the range and try scrolling 6. Click on the top left of the Column and Row headers selection the whole sheet 7. Change the font 8. Click to unselect and try scrolling again Selecting, scrolling and many things should get slower.

Hello, I can confirm with LO 4.3.3.2, 4.3.6.0.0+, but cannot confirm with Version: 4.4.0.0.beta1+, linux. Please could you try with dev version?
Setting to NEEDINFO per comment 4. Set to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists for you in 4.4 beta. Set to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away. If you would like to see a backport to 4.3 happen for the fix, you would have to do a bibisect to find out the exact commit that fixed it. For example: - the menus open down slower - the "Save document?" dialog when closing appears much slower

I tried it with version 4.4.1.2, and I still have the problem.
