Problem description: Steps to reproduce: 1. open new spreadsheet 2. click in a cell 3. navigate menus to Format -> Conditional Formatting -> Manage 4. click the Add button 5. use drop down menu to change cell value is to formula is 6. crashes Current behavior: crashes Expected behavior: let me enter a formula and fill in the rest of the dialog box etc. Operating System: Mac OS X Version: 4.3.0.4 release Last worked in: 4.2.6.2 release
Not reproducible with LO 4.3.0.4 - Ubuntu 12.04 x86 Have you tried resetting user profile ? https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile
I’ve moved aside the user profile and reinstalled 4.3.0 for OS X. The immediate crash is now removed, but I have so far been unable to work for more then a couple of minutes on the formatting of my grade book without experiencing a crash. I’m not sure it’s always the same action but definitely not stable. Sorry I can’t be any clearer. Both crash logs (since moving aside profile) attached. Hi again.. If crash occured after sorting then it's Bug 81084 (look into see also for related bugs). Or possibly Bug 76099 which introduced in 4.3.x Anyway you forgot to attach the log. *) Please don't reply directly from email, use the link instead
Created attachment 105090 [details] log 1 from crash while formatting
Created attachment 105091 [details] log 2 from crash while formatting (not sure I was doing exact same thing)
Crashes were not while sorting. I was in the conditional formatting dialog box both times.
