test ODF file

Currently when you make changes to outline level / headings, the outlines showing in navigator will automatically folded up. This is really annoying.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached ODT file. The file contains headings.
2. Hit F5 to open the navigator, then un-fold the "Headings" in the navigator.
3. Make any changes to the contents of the headings.

Current behaviour:
The outline in the navigator automatically folded up.

Expected:
The outline level layout in the navigator shold stay un-folded as it was when the contents are updated.
