Problem description: In menu {Tools ► Customize ► Toolbar} it is possible to change order of items, but it is impossible to move an item above old first item. Same problem with "Customize Menu" Steps to reproduce: 1. Open New empty text document 2. menu {Tools ► Customize ► Toolbars ► Standard} 3. Click item "Save" ► drag and drop before "Load URL" ► release mouse button Bug: although black line has appeared above first list item, "save" will stay at it's old place 4. Do further tests with drag and drop to any other destinations in list - will work fine 5. Tests for "Customize Menu" will show the same problem. Operating System: Windows 7 Version: 4.1.0.4 release
Very old problem, I am pretty sure that that worked in OOo 2 and came up with OO 3 or so. Minor Problem.

Cannot reproduce issue with Version: 7.1.0.0.alpha0+ CPU threads: 2; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: de-AT (de_AT.UTF-8); UI: en-US TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@86-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2020-08-05_04:03:50 Calc: CL Only problem is, that the new icon in the first position is not automatically shown in the list but the user has to scroll upwards manually. Closing bug as WORKSFORME.
Tested also on Windows 10 with 7.1.0.0alpha0+ (x64), Build 18363, Skia/Vulkan On Windows the list automatically scrolls up.
