After creating a new document, based on an template, I reopen that doc for edit some parts of it.

After a few moments the following happens:

1) I lost the image on top of each site "Read Error/Lesefehler" instead of the company logo.
2) When this happens, I can't save that document any more, nor make a "save as" nor "save copy"

I have to kill LO. After restarting, LO try a recover of last documents opened, ends with an error "Write Error". Asking to save the document at a new location.

All other documents (.xls; .doc; .pdf) working fine. No Read/Write error.

Please provide more information :

1) Are you using a Writer template (OTT) or a Word template (dot/dotx)?

2) Are you writing to your internal hard disk or an external disk or network share ?

3) If a network share, what kind ?

4) Are your images linked or embedded ?
