A document containing a formula which cannot be edited.

Problem description: 
Some formulas disappear when you double-click on them. If you reopen the file, the formula is displayed correctly, but still cannot be edited.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached document
2. double-click on the formula
3. the formula-editing window appears , but is empty

Current behavior:
Cannot edit some formulas. Some formulas are not dispalyed

Expected behavior:
Should be able to edit all formulas. All formulas should be displayed.

The formula is missing from the attached file itself (the file structure for the embedded formula is there, but the formula part is blank). The only thing present is a pre-rendered image of it.

In order to investigate further, we would need instructions on how to recreate the broken file from scratch with a current version of LibreOffice - preferably 4.4 as of the time this comment is written.

Here's another file created with LibleOffice 4.4, which has the same bug. 

Unfortunatelly, I cannot recreate it because I was just editing the file, not doing anything special.

I'll attach the file just in case it may reveal some new info.
