Description André van den Berg 2014-08-29 07:01:52 UTC
I converted a PDF to a DOCX-file by using SolidConverter, which could be opened by WRITER successfully inspite of some misformatting issues. (attachment: GB_2013.docx)

After having edited the first page I saved the file and closed it. When I reopened it, all I got was a blank page. MS Word Viewer stopped opening it with an error message. (attachment: GB_2014_org.docx)

Reason: On saving the file WRITER doubled two attributes of the font Calibri in File document.xml:

<w:rFonts w:ascii="Calibri" w:hAnsi="Calibri" w:ascii="Calibri" w:hAnsi="Calibri"/>

Moreover the attribut "val" was doubled:

Attribute "val" bound to namespace "http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/wordprocessingml/2006/main" was already specified for element "w:color".

After having removed the doubled attributes, I could open the document.

Hello André,

Thank you for submitting the bug. I tested latest 4.3 daily build and after opening and editing it and then opening it in Word 2007, there wasnt a problem, so i'd like to suggest you upgrade to 4.3.2 and see if the problem persists.
