Steps to reproduce:
- open some existing document with the master
- do some change
- menu File > Reload

expected: the original file is restored
current behavior: close/open the standard toolbar

- menu File > Close
expected: the document is closed
current behavior: close/open the Form navigation toolbar

Note: shortcut ctrl+W for File > Close works as expected.

Reproduced with Version: 4.4.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: dbc24b1ff71a8da7e23e9c1657492fb3c8a66de8 build at home under Ubuntu 14.04 x86-64

On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources e12b6b789e3980b1aac5c02f893edae1979adfe5, I don't reproduce this.
So here's a potential range:

@JBF: Is this under Unity? In that case it sounds much like Bug 81861 (especially note comment 2 about the menu mismatch).
