Description tmacalp 2014-09-08 17:58:04 UTC
This is an enhancement request to implement a progress bar when reloading a file. (File -> Reload).

A progress bar can be VERY helpful in reassuring users that LO is still working and isn't hung. Currently, a progress bar is only displayed when first opening a file. For instance, some of the spreadsheets I work with can take >20 seconds to load. If I choose to abandon my changes and reload the spreadsheet (File -> Reload), LibreOffice simply freezes for 20 seconds with no indication that it is still functioning.

Good idea.
Valid enhancement. Set status to NEW.

Best regards. JBF
