There is a possibility in Calc to freeze first columns, so it remain visible when you scroll spreadsheet (Window -> Freeze from menu). It would be great if such option is available for table control in LO base form - to freeze columns for scrolling.

hm - I suspect you are setting up your database incorrectly if you're needing this feature....most of the time you never want to access the data directly in a table in a database...and usually the data is stored in such a way that "locking" the top row is pretty useless.

That being said - it's not an invalid request so setting to NEW but I highly recommend going to the user list and seeing if you're setting up your databases right.

Also note that enhancements are largely done by volunteers and thus there is no guarantee that the enhancement will be implemented nor an ETA if it is going to be implemented (it's really up to a volunteer to accept). So the options are:

1. Submit a patch yourself;
2. Wait for a volunteer;
3. Try to sponsor a developer to implement it.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I don't mean LO Base table features. I mean table control (widget) in the forms in database, which is used to display data usually. Look at the bottom of this screenshot: http://libreoffice.su/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/base-form-15.png

And yes, I understand the nature of free software development, so I don't expect it to be done immediately. But it is useful feature, and will increase usability, so let it be on a long time to-do list.
