how the option looks in Pages sidebar

Presently when you enable a shadow behind a object like a square, the edges of the shadow are solid. It would be nice if it was possible to set the edges to be blurred and also to be able to set how blurry it can be.

This feature is available in iWork Pages, as can be seen in the attached screenshot.

If the feature isn't currently available in LO, it seems like a plausible enhancement to add.

Please attach a test file from Pages that demonstrates the desired blurring effects (along with a screenshot showing how the file is rendered in Pages).

Unfortunately i dont have a mac so i cant send in such a file. :D But the screenshot does explain it all with the preview that appears to the right of the label 'shadow'
