Steps:
1) Open attachment 107347 [details]
2) Notice left spacing between the table border and the text
2) Save as RTF
3) Reopen RTF
4) Notice the left spacing between the table border is gone.

Confirmed in 3.3.0, 3.6.7 and master.

issue confirmed under Win7x64 using 4.3.2.2

bug reproduced with all these conversions:
.docx -> .rft 
.doc  -> .rtf 
.odt  -> .rtf

added comparative screenshot as well.
status NEW. I add Miklos to CC list.

tdf#84832 RTF export: fix handling of custom table cell margins

It will be available in 5.1.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More
