Opening a windows doc, selecting about 5 lines of text  (left handed mouse) I left click on it so as to open the mini window to select copy comand -- but before the text/editing mini window can pop up the whole program shuts down. 

This is a major error - selecting text to copy, clicking to copy then CRASH application shuts down.  happened 5 times now.

Could you provide LO version +which Suse version?
Do you reproduce this on a brand new file?
