I have several tables in my ODP and I wanted to change their style. However, Impress crashes whenever I choose another style from the side pane.
I was unable to reproduce the issue with a blank ODP file.
See the attachment...
Steps to reproduce:
1. Choose the table.
2. Select another style from the side pane.
It should let me change the style.
It seems it has been inherited from OpenOffice. I have the same bug report there: https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125753

Volkan: which Linux distribution do you use?
Would it be possible you give a try to last stable LO version 4.3.2?
I am using Arch Linux 64-bit.
I tried with 4.3.2 and the problem is the same.
Thank you for your feedback, I'll try to find some time to give it a try.
Meanwhile, I put it back to UNCONFIRMED since I don't have more questions for the moment.
With my dbgutil build of master commit f74a638, fetched 2014-08-23,
built and running on debian-wheezy 64-bit, I do not see any problem.
The result is the same on Windows Vista with

If you can tell me how, I will be happy to send the log files/debug the application.
Can't reproduce, and nothing under valgrind. I assume these are packages provided by archlinux. Does archlinux provide debuginfo packages (or something equivalent) which would enable running with --backtrace to give useful information in the case of a crash.

I tried running with --backtrace option and attached the file in case it might be useful.
Considering the backtrace, I wonder if it could KDE specific since there's qt call.
Would it be possible you install LO debug symbols package and retrieve another backtrace with it? It would provide precise information of the problem.

I was unable to find debug symbols on Arch Linux package directory. I will be happy to help if you could provide me how I can install it.
Volkan: I don't know at all, I don't use ArchLinux.
Andreas: I noticed you maintain LibreOffice ArchLinux packages (cf https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/libreoffice-fresh/), any hint?
Volkan: just for the test, could you rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#GNU.2FLinux) and give it a new try?

I moved my user directory to user_bk and updated LO to 184.108.40.206, but still reproducible.
So another update:
A clean installation of Kubuntu 14.10 on the same machine without any configuration changes, the same issue.
Can I ask you if you are using the right pane to change the table style?
Just thinking it could be a KDE/Qt specific problem since your bt with Arch Linux shows QT and you reproduced the problem with Kubuntu.
Lubos: one for you?
