Description Yerlan 2014-10-16 13:59:28 UTC
To reproduce do the following:
1) Put a function in a cell that includes quoted strings, e.g. =a1&"i"&a2 and press Enter.
2) Now try to edit the formula by replacing i with another letter, e.g. a, so it is now =a1&"a"&a2 and press Enter to commit the change.
3) Notice that letter a gets autocompleted to ABS().

When editing a large document with complex formulas it makes it very annoying.

Reproducible with LO 4.3.2.2 (Win 8.1)

Necessary annotations to reproduce this bug:
You have to put the formula in any cell other than A1 and A2.
You have to go with the cursor to the right of character "i" and then you need to delete the character with the Backspace key before you insert the new one. If you use the Delete key then it is not reproducible.

I can't reproduce it any more in LO 5.2 so closing.
