I just noticed that in Read Only mode the bullets of one of the lists I use are not displayed. Please check the sample file attached, which is set as Read-Only.

The file was not read-only. I set it to be (File - Properties - Security) and then I could see the problem.

For the record, the "bullets" have disappeared with the following commit... and indeed, checking what character is used for the bullet revealed it's a soft hyphen. Which makes me think this isn't a bug.
