Steps to reproduce
Open attachment from bug 83492 - https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=105738

Actual result:  Read-Error. Internal import error.

Expected result: file open

I can open file in LO 4.3.3.2 -> regression.

Something wrong with my PC, now I can open file.
