In the Tools menu of Writer, "AutoCorrect Options..." advertises shortcut "A" (by underscoring the first A), but in this menu <Ctrl>+A and simply "A" cycle between only "Autmatic Spell Checking" and "Address Book Source...". My expectation is that the cycle should include "AutoCorrect Options...". Setting O/S All, as I see the problem on Windows Vist with LibreOffice Version: 4.4.0.0.alpha2+ Build ID: 4f18bd405831c31cd49190046f7bafd805a47d7d TinderBox: Win-x86@39, Branch:master, Time: 2014-11-20_09:39:04 Locale: en_CA This seems to have started on the same day that "Automatic Spell Checking" was added to the Tools menu. Michael Stahl asked: bug or feature? The back-and-forth in fdo#82969 is about a shortcut key, which would be effective whenever the user is editing her text. The current report is about navigation within the tools menu when the menu is already open. I am inclined to think that there is a bug here because the underscored "A" in "AutoCorrect Options..." tells the user that focus will go to this option after typing enough A's. It is a matter of taste whether one sees the bug in the underscore or in the progression of focus. Each other option in that menu advertises a shortcut key, and all of the these which are enabled in my currently open document honour the advertisement. Terry.
Comment 2 still seems to need a well defined expected behavior for both this bug and fdo#82969.

The problem is gone by daily dbgutil bibisect version 2015-09-03: AutoCorrect options are moved one level down in the menu hierarchy and the daily is reachable by shortcut keys. I am setting status RESOLVED WORKSFORME. Terry.
