data bar dailog and more options

Presently, if you want to change the color of the conditional formatting data bars, this is hidden away in the more options dialog, rather than being in the main window similar to conditional formatting color scales.

Valid enhancement, other conditional formatting rules are in the main window.

The problem is that we have more than one color. The databar entry in the list would need to be expanded significantly.
