Description A (Andy) 2014-11-22 09:26:35 UTC
The colour selector looks really great.

The corresponding help must now still be added.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open WRITER
2. Go to the FONT COLOUR icon in the toolbar at the top and click there on the arrow
3. Click on CUSTOM COLOR
4. Click on the HELP button

Result: No help available.

Reproduced with LO 4.4.0.0.beta1, Win 8.1.

Do you have local help installed? If not, don’t expect it to be available yet as 4.4 help is not yet uploaded to the help.libreoffice.org wiki (that wouldn’t make any sense).
Comment 2 A (Andy) 2014-11-22 12:29:42 UTC
I had tested it with installed German and English (UK) offline help which leads only to the help start page "LibreOfficeDev Writer Help".

In addition, I had also tested it with English (UK) and (US) UI (without installed offline help) and the corresponding online help only leads to an empty page:
https://help.libreoffice.org/swriter/cui/ui/colorpickerdialog/redRadiobutton?Language=en-GB&System=WIN&Version=4.4
https://help.libreoffice.org/swriter/cui/ui/colorpickerdialog/redRadiobutton?Language=en-US&System=WIN&Version=4.4

From your feedback of not confirming with New, I suppose you have already an offline help page for it? If yes, where can I find it?
