In this template the input fields are placed twice, one time in the regular field and a second time in the second field (second line). Just open the template, fill out the first two or three fields and you will see the missplaced text in the template

the problem occurs with several versions of LO, i tested it last with version 4.3.4.1

The second field prompt gives me AbtHerrilung, the Herr somehow inserted inside Abteilung. If I then enter word shorter than Herr (3 chars or less), it goes ok. But longer words get Herr inside them and it changes to Frau, if selected.

No problem with 3.5.0!
Problem present on Linux with 4.5.
