Steps to reproduce:
1. New Impress, draw a ractangle;
2. Tools - Color Replacer. Do anything you could trying to replace the color.

Current Behaviour:
"Replace" button is not clickable at all.

Expected Behaviour:
"Replace" button is clickable when you have set the "Source color" and "Replace With" color.

Sorry... 
This also happens in Draw. A further search in bugzilla points me to bug 86608.
(Bug 86608 says currently "color replacer" only works for images, not shapes)

Set as duplicate.
