In 5.1 you'll see "MERGEFIELD punkt51 \* MERGEFORMAT" and "MERGEFIELD y \* MERGEFORMAT" instead of checkboxes. But if you'll open the same document in MSO 2007 - they are present everywhere (see .pdf attachments)

In MS Word 2010, if you update the field, then it turns into a Y. Round-tripping the DOC in MS Word still looks the same in LO. Round-tripping to DOCX format using MS Word immediately has all the fields showing Y.
