Using an existing database Under Libre Office 4.3, attempt to create a pilot table using it in CALC leads to a crash without specific error message. Calc stops and proposes to restore the files when restarted. This does not occur into version 4.2 to which I had to return. This is occuring Under Windows 8.1 on an HP with Intel Core i7.
Hello, please let us know your version of LO. I can use pivot table without crash in LO 4.3.4.1, win7. Please attach a sample document, as this makes it easier for us to verify the bug. I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the requested document is provided.(Please note that the attachment will be public, remove any sensitive information before attaching it. See https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FAQ#How_can_I_eliminate_confidential_data_from_a_sample_document.3F for help on how to do so.)
The version of LO I amusing is 4.3.4.1 and it was the same with previous version To clarify better the issue : - the pilot table is created from a Base database - its creation Under 4.2 raised no issue - the use of the created pilot table in CALC using the same database Under LO 4.3.4.1 is ok. It refreshes without problem. - However when creating a new pilot table Under 4.3, the crash occurs and no menu appears to built the new table even after restoration of files.
I can confirm with LO 4.3.4, win7. Is it duplicate of Bug 83534 ?
It is a DUP Fix integrated for 4.3.6 release. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 83534 ***
