Database with one table

The bug can be created as follows:

-> register the attached test.odb with Libreoffice
-> create a new calc sheet
-> Select from the menu data -> Pivot > create
-> Data source: tag registered database
-> select source: table 
-> select the table

Libre office 3.5.2 does not open the Pivot-Table design dialogue. It never returns, i.e., I had to use mac OS X to cancel the application.

Latest known version w/o the bug: libreoffice 4.2.8
