That diff file is unusable, apparently it is a diff of a diff or something, as all lines contain a leading + character, and it doesn't indicate the original file where it is to be applied. Anyway, as the changes are small and I know where todo I'll manually apply them. However, we'd much prefer a proper git patch submitted as change to gerrit for review instead.
