click the 'outside down' right corner button drag the left edge toward center soffice writer crashes, opens 'recover document' window with current document listed. however, the recovery dialog (meaning, probably soffice.bin) is hung and buttons are unresponsive. after several minutes of hang, killed soffice process tree using task manager. (In reply to mark from comment #0) > click the 'outside down' right corner button Are you talking about the cursor changing when you're over the (lower?) right corner of the window? > after several minutes of hang, killed soffice process tree using task > manager. So you're testing on Windows? What version? Status -> NEEDINFO (please change status to UNCONFIRMED after you provide additional information)
no, sorry: "Restore Down" button - the button between minimize and kill windows 7 home service pack 1 repeated several times without variation. always dies my observation is that I (apparently) have always used soffice in full screen, was trying to split the screen to view an edited version in google mail (via chrome, btw) side-by-side. then, once the pattern was apparent, tried several times again after rebooting with nothing else running (*heh* - windoze)
Could not reproduce. Windows Vista 64 Version: 4.4.4.3 Build ID: 2c39ebcf046445232b798108aa8a7e7d89552ea8 Maybe something to do with snap in Windows 7?
