copy paste of web page onto libre writer is not working as expected. the Formatting is much better when being copied over to MS office Word instead
below is url as test please copy to writer and ms word and see the difference

Is this new to 4.5? Can you be more specific as to the problem? If it's been a problem for some time we should set the version to an older version (version is oldest version that the problem is seen).

Marking as NEEDINFO - we need a better explanation, it might even require more than one bug report as it should be 1 bug report per bug. So if text is in the wrong location - that should be a bug, if pictures are missing, that should be another one, etc...
