Document to enter the activities

This file is created with MS Word 2010. There is a usual table in it and every employee enters his activities in his column/row.
The problem is that the column of "Name1" and "Name2" are repeated on every page.

We can't find the mistake and need your help :-)

Do you have any idea to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Tan,

Thanks for reporting and the example.
The problem is easy to solve. Go to table properties, > Text flow and there change the number of rows that are repeated to 1...

Are you sure that the very same file does show correct in Wordt 2010? Then it is an import problem with the table properties.

Cheers,
Cor

Hi Cor,

thanks for your help. This option helped out.
In Word it is displayed right.

I have just one more question for the future:
In Word I only found the option to activate or deactivate the repetition of the headline, but not a number of lines.
Do you know if there is a way to set the correct number of lines?

Hi Tim,

(In reply to tan from comment #2)
> I have just one more question for the future:

This is not the place to get user support, to be honest ;)
Options are given here http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/community-support/
but I doubt if there will be support for Word question..

The file you attached, was it created and for the last time saved in Word? Then we can use that for testing.

thanks,
Cor

Yes, created and last time saved in Word.

Would be my pleasure if I get an answer to that question.

If not, thanks for your help! My colleagues are already in the weekend, so I will report on monday if there are any problems left.

Cheers,
Tim
