Ok, I added this bug at the "see also" part. However if I read the description of the other bug it really reads as a duplicate of this one: bug 79787 Steps to reproduce: 1. New spreadsheet, apply borders from the toolbar icon to some cells. 2. Save as xlsx or xls format. 3. Reopen with MSO 2010. 4. Borders are showing dashed/dotted when reopen with MSO 2010.
