One of the components of the LibreOffice product in Bugzilla is named 'Libreoffice' [sic]. I'd like to change the name to use our standardized capitalization, 'LibreOffice', however I 
1) Don't want to break things.
2) Wonder if there's a reason for the discrepancy aside from a typo

Thoughts?
