Steps in order to reproduce the bug: [1] Start LibreOffice. [2] Add additional path for Templates: Tools > Options… > LibreOffice > Paths > Templates > Edit … [3] Add a folder of your system which contains files that are not templates. Then OK and OK again. Only the Start Center should be displayed now. [4] Close LibreOffice. [5] Start LibreOffice again. [6] Click on “Templates” and then on “My Templates”. All files inside the folder chosen in step [3] are displayed with names but without icons. Expected: Only templates should be displayed. Steps [4] and [5] are necessary because changes made in step [3] take effect only if LibreOffice is started again. This is also not correct, but this is another problem.
Hi Harold, I can reproduce this on Ubuntu 14.04 with 4.4.0.3. In the 'normal' Template manager, the non-template documents are not shown TODO: check if this is a regression, and if so since when.
Hi Cor, the template function of the Start Center changes from versions 4.3.x to 4.4.x. In versions 4.3.x the 'normal' template manager is opened and only templates are displayed. In versions 4.4.x the preview display of the templates has been integrated into the Start Center and all files are displayed. Hence 'a bit' regression?
