Created attachment 113158 [details] A .docx document requesting membership dues When (or AFTER??) opening the attached .docx file, writer loops creating multiple pages by repeating the image from the document header on the first page. Attempted to circumvent the issue by using the convert file wizard and got the same result when opening the .odt file. After opening the .docx file, I was able to stop the creation of new pages by advancing to a page after the body of the document and using the "delete characters" key. This stopped Writer from looping and creating additional pages and I was able to work with the document. After deleting two or three of the images from the following pages that were repeated, 200+ pages disappeared (?). The document contains tables which in Writer exceeded the page width. In Writer, it also appears that a text box was positioned out of place and allowed text to wrap the text box. I do not have Microsoft Office, but Word Pad also has problems with this file (dropped image, table too wide, etc.).
