A test document, showing an OLE object (a Draw drawing) pushed beyond the page boundary.

The OLE objects (such as drawings made with Draw) get pushed beyond the lower page boundary. The object does not move to the next page when more text is added at the beginning of the document. 

I have to manually add line breaks to move the OLE object to the next page.

Attached is a test .odt document to demonstrate the problem.

Not a bug, you can control that: right click on the object, entry Object, tab Type, check the checkbox "Follow text flow" at the dialog bottom.

Second method: change wrap mode from Optimal to None.

Closing as NotABug.
