while dragging the image text should not be dragged

Actual Result
step 1: open the libre office presentation page
step 2: select a slide layout for eg: a slide with a main title and sub title
step 3: insert the picture from my document
step 4: after that text some thing over the image
step 5: while dragging the image, text also gets dragged.

Expected result
step 1: open the libre office presentation page
step 2: select a slide layout for eg: a slide with a main title and sub title
step 3: insert the picture from my document
step 4: after that text some thing over the image
step 5: while dragging the image, text should not be dragged.

This happens only if you have selected the Sub Title object before step 3 (recognizable by the squares at the frame)?

Screen copy is useless here if you do not provide your own test file in OpenDocument format (.odp).

You can write on an inserted image as shown in your screen copies. In this case moving the image moves the text too.
You can add a text object upon an image, in that case you have 2 objects that can be moved independently. To do that click on the T button on the toolbar at the bottom of the window and draw your text box where you want.

Closing as NotABug.
