Please, explain where to look in your screencast?
What do you mean by "some situations"?

A description step by step would be clearer and save time of contributors who want to try to reproduce this bug report.

To reproduce it:

1. Create a new Writer document
2. Type some random text
3. Paste text with another font style
4. Undo it.
5. See that LibreOffice remembers that font style even if you undo the paste.

Right after the random text

In the font selector and when you type right after undoing

Sorry for my bad English. My question was: what is the source of the copied&pasted text? The same document or another one or a webpage, etc. ?

Best regards. JBF

It was from another source. If you want me to be precise, from PHPStorm (it copies source code style along with text)

Regards, Marcos.

Reproduced.

1. Installed PHPStorm evaluation https://www.jetbrains.com/phpstorm/
2. Chose AllHallowsEve theme.
3. Dragged in a PHP file.
4. Copied a bit of code.
5. Pasted to writer after some text.
6. Undid paste. Font family, color and background from PHPStorm is retained (start typing and see the effect).

Lowering severity, as this is not a crash or a data loss case, but an annoyance that can be dealt with pressing Ctrl-M.
