Created attachment 113566 [details] Screenshot from Inkscape showing Bezier line drawing FEATURE REQUEST: Bezier drawing in LibreOffice Draw Having used LibreOffice Draw over a number of years I found a number of occasions where a Bezier drawing feature similar to that in Inkscape would be very useful. As an example, in Inkscape you can select the 'Draw Bezier Curves and Straight Lines' and draw an object by simply setting points (image attached). You can then close the object and fill it. In LibreOffice Draw you need to draw a straight line then insert points, close the Bezier and then fill the object. This is much slower and more cumbersome. A solution could be to allow setting multiple points on a Line when drawing it so that you can draw multiple points and eventually close the Bezier without having to draw a line first and inserting points afterwards. Tested with: Version: 4.5.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 52b25c1adf3a70819aea2080b0ad50a14a3c104b TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@46-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2015-02-17_03:10:47 Locale: en_AU
The feature already exists. Please read chapter "Curves or polygons" of the Draw guide http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/documentation/. Read more details in chapter "Curves and polygons". For further help ask in forums, ask.libreoffice, or mailing list.
