A new section should be added to the properties tab of the sidebar in impress for object interaction. The section would appear when an object is selected and would be hidden by default due to its low usage. It will contain 2 controls in it - mouse click and file - which are found in Slide Show > Interaction.

To clarify what is needed for Rishabh. In the interaction dialog, you have a comobobox which has two types of mouse click actions - slide navigation/action and file opening/running. So when file opening/running type actions are selected, e.g. play audio, a file path textbox and browse button should be available, so a user can select a file.
