Registry data to set galaxy icon theme.

1. Put the attached .xcd file in share/registry.
2. remove user profile under %APPDATA% and start Writer.
3. The galaxy icon theme is set for 4.3.4.1, while it use default for 4.4.1.2.

I made a mistake. It works actually.
