There isn't a way to set PDF security option during Mail Merge wizard export to PDF or email send.
This option already exist in the Export PDF command; there is a way to included it in the Mail Merge?

Which security option is meant? Since v.7.0, there is now a way to define a password for the generated PDFs from a datasource field (commit 983db96a17630be906b868d2be811663f0d846f6). Does that solve this issue?
