Description Gordo 2015-03-06 21:53:32 UTC
1. New Text Document.
2. Tools -> AutoCorrect Options... -> Replace tab.
3. Select any item in list. I chose "--".
4. Delete and OK.
5. Tools -> AutoCorrect Options... -> Replace tab.
6. Reset.
Expected Result:
Any deleted items are restored.
Result:
Items are not restored.

If you reset after deleting without leaving the dialog then it is restored.

Is the Reset button supposed to work like undo while you are making changes in the dialog and change your mind or is it supposed to be a restore to default values which includes deletions and modifications?

this is what the reset button is supposed to do.

it resets changes before you save them and leave the dialog.

if you click OK the changes are stored and there's no way to restore them.

so this is NOTABUG
