Open the document and print it. 2. Convert the document to ODF or ODT and print it again. 3. Hold one document over another over a bright light and compare or just compare the bottoms of both pages.

The same occurs in OOo / LO 3.3.0 -> Version: Inherited from OOo (OOo 3.3.0 looks wrong in the same way on loading the original .dot, so I presume something was improved in the import filter for LO 3.3.0, but not export)
